Cole visited her mother Deborah Quinn and her stepfather Shawn Christian, her parents of half-brother Kameron Christian. Cole was then invited to audition for Summerland on the WB. The role she was offered was Erika Spalding on the show in 2004, relocating to Los Angeles to film the series.Cole played Ryan Cabrera in his "True" music video, Bullet for My Valentine's music video "Tears Don't Let Go" and Papa Roach's video for "Scars".She guest-starred in The WB show Supernatural episode entitled "Provenance" In the episode, she played Sarah Blake, an art dealer and later reprised the role in Season 8's "Clip Show" episode. She appeared as a guest in the episode CBS' NUMB3RS, and she also appeared as Bianca in an episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. She was Desiree's lead in April Fool's Day's remake of the horror. Cole was a part of 12 Rounds, a film made by WWE Films and starring John Cena. In December 2008, Cole played the role of Private Rachel Mills on Heroes webisode series The Recruit. She then joined the main series as a regular character, playing the same character from the beginning of 2009. She was a co-star with Tiffany Shepis in The Violent Kind. In 2009 she portrayed the character "Hot Neighbor" on the short-lived show Secret Girlfriend. In April 2010, she starred as Charlotte Cook's escort NCIS' "Guilty Pleasure". She played the role of the assassin Vicky Roberts for a covert organization from September 2010 to May 2011. In October 2011 she appeared in the Event's music video. In November 2011 she was cast in CSI: Miami in the regular role of Samantha Owens, a lab technician. In 2012, she played an appearance on the show on A&E called The Glades as Jennifer Starke
