Ky-ManiKy-mani's Marley, who's getting close to finishing his third album which is yet to be released, is surely a celebrity. In February of 1976, Ky-mani Marley was born to famous Robert Nesta Marley and Jamaican table tennis player Anita Belnavis, in Falmouth, Jamaica. Ky-mani comes from an East African term meaning adventurous traveler, and as someone who lives in the spirit of his name, each album or travel, is an adventure. The Journey was his first project in music. Through an eclectic approach, he sought out his uniqueness exploring the music spectrum discovering his various abilities. Many More Roads, a traditional album of reggae that received a Grammy nomination in 2001 proved that Ky-mani was a mature artist. The Journey as well as Many More Roads were well accepted throughout the world, which established Ky-mani's place as an independent "artist". Ky-Mani is known for his distinctive blend between hip-hop and R&B with a touch of contemporary jazz.
