Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is an actress and model. She is most famous for playing Pepper Steiger on Neighbors, a soap opera that ran for 100 episodes from 2007 to 2006. She made her Hollywood debut with two projects. The first was Hollywood & Wine an choral comedic project where she was a young, aspiring actor. After landing the role of Maya in Scrubs, she played a very gorgeous medical student. The show abruptly ended. The next couple of years, the actress is expected to be working on a Farrelly brothers' comedy Good for filming, starring Jason Sudeiki's Owen Wilson. It was in 2013 that she began to be exposed in a greater way. After appearing in six episodes on the crime drama Franklin and Bash and landing her first regular part in the web-series Chosen which starred Milo Ventimiglia, the actress landed a series of projects. In the first two series she is also an answer to Chad Michael Murray. In the following seasons, she was in supporting roles in two feature films which focused on planes. The first was a television film made for SyFy's flight 7500 that featured the actors of television programs. Another film can be seen in Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She plays a flight attendant. Above all, she and Gabriel Luna share the poster for Matador an all-new TV show. The first season of this action thriller, in which the actors are CIA agents under the direction of Robert Rodriguez has just 13 episodes. The pilot for a second show that hasn't been successful, is still in development. She shared the poster for the B-Series romantic Borrowed Moments in 2015 with Brian Krause, then appeared in the role of Kad Cuoco and Kevin Hart's co-stars on the comedy Witness for Rent. In addition, she is part of the vast production of Terrence Malcolmick's experimental Knight of Cups. She appears in 5 seasons of Satisfaction.
